Applications
Reaction sintered silicon carbide spray nozzle, also known as silicon carbide desulfurization nozzle, is used for waste gas washing, gas cooling, washing and bleaching process, fire fighting, flue gas desulfurization system and dust removal system. Mainly used for power plant desulfurization, removing sulfur dioxide and some pollutants from power plant flue gas, it is a key component of thermal power plants, large boilers, and desulfurization and dust removal equipment. At present, there are three series and dozens of varieties of silicon carbide spray nozzles: vortex type, spiral type and liquid column type. The connection methods include flange connection, winding connection, and threaded connection. The desulfurization process mainly includes dry desulfurization process, semi dry desulfurization process, wet flue gas desulfurization process, etc. In desulfurization processes, commonly used pressure nozzles include solid cone swirl nozzles, hollow cone swirl nozzles, air cone swirl nozzles, and solid cone swirl nozzles.
Advantages
Silicon carbide desulfurization nozzle is a new type of ceramic material with excellent properties such as high strength, high hardness, strong corrosion resistance, severe wear resistance, high temperature resistance, etc. It can have a long service life especially under harsh conditions.
