Description
The KCE® silicon carbide grinding barrels/linings/liners/cylinders are formed by cold isostatic pressing and is produced through reaction sintering or pressureless sintering. Inner edge manufacturing, outer diameter and end face precision machining can be carried out according to design requirements to meet different design needs of users. The silicon carbide grinding barrels/linings/liners/cylinders are customized according to customer drawings.

Applications
They can be used as conveying pipelines or grinding machine liners for strong corrosion, particle erosion, and high temperature conditions, and are applied in industries such as inkjet, fine chemical, pharmaceutical, medical, semiconductor material grinding, lithium battery cathode material (such as LiCoO ₂) grinding, high-purity ceramic powder grinding, etc.
Advantages
The KCE® Silicon carbide grinding bucket is a type of silicon carbide ceramic product, which has extremely low wear and chemical corrosion resistance, can prevent material pollution, and has extremely high grinding efficiency. It is suitable for various grinding and dispersion occasions, with a long service life (5-10 times that of general wear-resistant materials) and low overall operating costs. It has high hardness, strength, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, good thermal conductivity, and low overall usage cost.
Compared with common zirconia ceramic grinding cylinders, the application of silicon carbide in sand mill grinding cylinders has several advantages such as fast heat dissipation, low cost, and greater wear resistance. The advantage of fast heat dissipation can prevent material agglomeration in the grinding body due to high temperature, thereby improving grinding efficiency.
