Description
Silicon carbide bulletproof sheets/tiles/plates are made by direct dry pressing and pressureless sintering, and can be manufactured into flat or curved products according to design requirements.
The silicon carbide ceramic bulletproof sheets/tiles/plates produced by Shandong Huamei have a silicon carbide content of ≥ 99% and a hardness (HV0.5) of ≥ 2800. The bulletproof level has reached American standard level four, and silicon carbide bulletproof sheets/tiles/plates can be used as lining for bulletproof vests and protective devices for tanks and armored vehicles.

Applications
Pressure free sintered silicon carbide bulletproof sheets/tiles/plates can be used as lining for bulletproof vests and protective devices for tanks, armored vehicles and armed helicopters.
Advantages
SSIC non pressure silicon carbide hexagonal bulletproof sheet/tile has high hardness, wear resistance, and impact resistance.
Pressure free sintered silicon carbide bulletproof sheet/tile is a high-end protective armor, which has much higher wear resistance and strength than reaction sintered silicon carbide armor, and has stronger protective ability.
The pressureless sintered silicon carbide bulletproof sheet has high strength and wear resistance, which can meet the military requirements for bulletproof and impact resistance, and is in line with the military's policy of being lighter, stronger, and more maneuverable.
