Description
RBSiC/SiSiC/SSiC components for energy-saving kiln furniture mainly includes rollers/tubes/pipes/rods etc. KCE® Silicon carbide rollers/tubes/pipes/rods are formed by extrusion molding and high-temperature sintering. Drilling and slotting shall be carried out according to the customer's design drawings, and the inner and outer diameters of both ends shall be precision machined to meet the user's engineering installation requirements.

Applications
Silicon carbide ceramic rollers/tubes/pipes/rods are mainly used in high-temperature industrial scenarios. KCE® SIC Roller bars are used for transmission support in high-temperature roller kilns. The industries of application include technical ceramics DPF, Sintering process for materials such as positive and negative electrode materials of lithium-ion and lithium-ion batteries, electronic ceramic powders, sanitary ware, daily-use ceramics, magnetic materials, refractory materials, etc.
