Description
We produce green pressureless sintered silicon carbide micropowders from XF08 to XF23.5, and can also process and produce micro powders according to special customer requirements. We can also produce the green silicon carbide SiC carborundum powder according to USA ANSI and European FEPA standard.

Applications
Alpha green silicon carbide micro powder is widely used as a raw material for various silicon carbide ceramics or silicon carbide based materials in the technical ceramic industry, kiln furniture, bearings, semiconductors, and protective armor. XF08-XF23.5 series SSiC green silicon carbide SiC carborundum powder is widely used in fields such as mechanical seals, bulletproof armor, petrochemicals, etc.
