In the semiconductor industry, reaction-sintered silicon carbide can be used to manufacture components such as grinding discs, suction cups, wafer boats, and fixtures for semiconductor equipment. It features high precision, high purity, and strong resistance to chemical and ionic corrosion. In the manufacturing process of semiconductors such as chips, wafer carriers (wafer boats) made of reaction-sintered silicon carbide are required. They can hold the wafers securely and maintain dimensional stability during complex processes such as high temperatures, thereby enhancing chip manufacturing precision.
